Can't Open PDF File

There are three possible reasons why you can't open a PDF file on the site:

1) You don't have software to open PDF files. One option is Adobe Reader that you can get for free by clicking here. If you would like to use another program to open the files, go for it.

2) If you're using Adobe Reader, it might not be set to open PDF files in a web browser. One solution is to right click the link and select "Save Target As..." to download the file to your computer.

Another option is to fix the settings to open the files in a web browser by following these steps:

- Open Adobe Reader
- Click Edit and Preferenences
- On the left, click "Internet"
- At the top, click "Display PDF in browser"
- Click "OK" and close Adobe Reader
- Close your web browser
- Open a new Internet session and done!

3) The file isn't linked correctly. Please email the name of the file that you were trying to view, so it can be fixed.

Adobe Reader Tips:

1) If the words look a little blurry, increase the image size by hitting the "plus" sign once or twice. That will pop the text into focus.

2) To rotate the page for reading text that was printed horizontally, right click anywhere on the page and select “Rotate Clockwise” from the list.
